Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Items/products that are personalised may take longer to be processed. Please note that orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note that goods cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to destinations within South Africa. Overseas deliveries can be negotiated. Please get in touch with us at liquoriceandluxe@gmail.com to arrange this.

Delays

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, or high-demand periods. We will do everything in our power to ensure your shipment arrives in perfect condition and within a reasonable time.
